EV Market Share: Croatia

In June 2026, the automotive market in Croatia recorded a total of 9,016 new registrations. The adoption of electric vehicles continues to evolve, with Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) capturing 3.8% of the market share. This represents a volume of 344 full-electric cars registered this month.

Compared to the same period last year, the BEV market share has grown by 3.0 percentage points (from 0.9% in 2025-06).

Looking at the broader picture, Plug-in Hybrids (PHEV) achieved a 6.1% share. Combined, plug-in vehicles (BEV + PHEV) account for 10.0% of all new car sales in Croatia for this period.
