EV Market Share: Poland

In September 2026, the automotive market in Poland recorded a total of 56,354 new registrations. The adoption of electric vehicles continues to evolve, with Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) capturing 6.2% of the market share. This represents a volume of 3,478 full-electric cars registered this month.

Compared to the same period last year, the BEV market share has declined by 1.6 percentage points(from 7.8% in 2025-08).

Looking at the broader picture, Plug-in Hybrids (PHEV) achieved a 8.8% share. Combined, plug-in vehicles (BEV + PHEV) account for 15.0% of all new car sales in Poland for this period.
